Bob Hornsey, long a friend of so many and who worked closely with Epsom Coaches, over many years has passed away, aged 85 years. Bob had recently returned from a visit to the USA.
Bob was a special person and not only was well known as a Blue Badge Guide, but also drove for Epsom Coaches. He was the commensurate professional as our man in the sightseeing industry, given his wide knowledge and his contact list was so extensive. His wise counsel was always appreciated and the thousands of people who enjoyed and benefitted from his knowledge is a fitting legacy.
Steve Whiteway said “I have known Bob for more years than I can remember. He was the nicest person you could ever wish to meet. Nothing was too much trouble, he always delivered and exceeded expectations. He was a great friend and inspiration and will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him”.
